Analysis of Changes In Creatine Kinase Myocardial Band (CK-MB) And F2-Isoprostane Levels After A 30 Km Cycling Event In The Makassar Bike Community

This study aims to determine changes in levels of Creatine Kinase-Myocardial Band and F2-Isoprostane after a 30 km cycling event. is pre-experimental on subjects male cyclists aged 30-60 years taken by purposive sampling method. The pretest was carried out the day before event, then post-test 2 hours Blood testing done with an ELISA Kit. Data analysis using Wilcoxon test showed significant event (p=0.003). Meanwhile, there no change (p=0.688). results Spearman that correlation between creatine kinase-myocardial band (p=0.042).
